Who We Are

We are a team of committed entrepreneurs, analysts, and strategists who believe in the future of the cannabis industry. We know with the highest conviction that the opportunity of a lifetime stands before us. We take pride in playing our part to help both the founders and investors that we work with succeed in this dynamic market unlike any other.

What We Do

We are a bridge between passionate founders with great businesses and the investors that wish to fund them. Our two sided network connects companies in the cannabis space looking for Seed to Series A with capital sources that comprise a mix of HNW individuals, angel collectives, family offices, VCs, and cannabis focused investment banks.

For our founders, our advisory services center around understanding their needs and curating the proper network of investors that we believe will be best aligned with them both strategically and culturally.

For our investors, we develop a deep understanding of what deals are most appropriate and appealing for them to ensure that each opportunity is worth their consideration for investment and partnership. 

Why We Exist

Our team discovered that too many great businesses in the cannabis industry weren’t meeting their potential due to a lack of access to capital and subject matter expertise.

Believing in the future of the industry as strongly as we do, we knew a need in the marketplace had to be fulfilled. Our Venture was born out of clear vision and determination to leave no great business behind.

At the same time, our investor network was on the hunt for great opportunities but needed an extra set of eyes to source and vet the most credible and promising deals. We knew that acting as a conduit between founders and investors was a perfect match, and there is nothing in the world that we would rather do.

We will never strive to place an investor with a founder that we believe is a poor fit, nor will we bring founders to our investor network that we do not truly believe in.

We understand that the decision to accept outside capital, as well as the decision to invest in a company, are not to be taken lightly. Our utmost priority is to provide unbiased and strategic support for the long term to ensure that these partnerships will succeed for many years to come.

Our Locations

Our team is spread nationwide but our directors cover three strategic locations across the United States: San Diego, Austin and Washington, DC.

We believe this gives us a pulse on the three key aspects of cannabis consumer trends, emerging technology and regulatory initiatives that affect all of our founders and investors. However, working within an industry that is rapidly changing and expanding nationwide, you will always see us at all major industry conferences and events across the country.
